Lee and Rick from Craftman Direct came and installed an exhaustion vent in my kitchen on Aug 25, 2023. I had already bought the vent I wanted from Amazon (Broan 509S), so Lee and I met a week prior in order to look through its manual, and inspect the location in the kitchen where I wanted it. Both Lee and Richard came right on time on the day of the installation, and were both very professional and courteous the entire time, as well as being very thorough and meticulous in detail, and worked really quickly. It was very obvious that they take great pride in what they do.

These guys did a fantastic job working on some wood rot on my home, The repairs they made were done with such precision the repairs arent noticeable at all, I've been very impressed with the work and had them quote out some smaller jobs that I just dont have the time for. I look forward to working with these guys again!

Craftsman Direct has been a life saver for me. A previous subpar repair of my deck left me needing more repairs. Three months later after weeks of reaching out to the previous company we contacted Craftsman Direct and they were able to get my hand rails cut properly to the correct angles not leaving massive gaps where the railing meets in the corners. They were courteous to the fact that I had a sleeping infant in the home and did the best to work around his nap time schedule and were still able to finish the repairs in timely manner. Along with pressure washing the old decking boards when they are done, I can't wait for them to be back in a few weeks, for them to stain the decks. Save your energy and stop looking for someone and call them now.

SD Simpson: I have been using Craftsman Direct for approximately 15 years now, and continue to be impressed by the quality and value of the work done.

Projects have included replacing water-ruined drywall (ceiling), replacing/installing a mailbox, finishing/painting drywall in a garage, replacing rotted siding, repairing a slumped deck, repositioning insulation, and likely a project or two I cannot remember anymore.

Most recently, Lee and his team fixed my deck stairs, replaced some siding, repaired some insulation, and handled a few other "punch list" projects. The work has been done efficiently and effectively. The pricing has been more than reasonable, and I very much appreciate that this business will also tell you what does NOT need to be done (and/or when things can be repaired versus replaced/rebuilt). Likewise they are very upfront about the work they don't do.

After 15+ years, I have no qualms about using or recommending Craftsman Direct.

The guys did a great job at doing repairs on both my front porch railing and back deck. They also did pressure washing, painted the front porch railing, and stained the back deck. Work was done in a fairly quick time frame as well!

We hired Lee and Rick to replace our rotting deck [and] repair our fence. They were very honest about what did and didn't need to be done, which ended up saving us money...checked with us when they encountered an obstacle so that we could all be in agreement as to how to proceed. They came in, got right to work and completed everything in a timely manner. In the end, the job site was left clean and we were very pleased with the quality of work that was done. We discovered water damage to the outside of our bathroom window. We called Craftsman Direct for a quote (along with 2 other companies)...we received the quote [the day after they came to my house] (which is more than I can say about the other 2 companies)...Rick and Lee replaced the outside trim with PVC framing, caulked completely around the window and also repaired the inside trim work that had to be removed earlier to see if there was water damage inside the house. They arrived on time and had the job done in a couple of hours. We are very happy with them as a team and the workmanship. Thank you again for getting this done for us!   - Linda Bonine

We are very happy with our experience with Craftsman Direct. Lee and Rick replaced our front door and fixed rotting wood around the door and under the hardwood floors. They replaced the hardwood in the area and worked really hard to match it to the existing floor. It looks great! They also did some smaller jobs for us like fixing a loose railing, hanging and leveling a new chandelier, caulking, pressure washing, etc. We couldn't be happier with the results. Lee worked with us along the way and helped problem solve to make the most cost effective decisions. Lee was helpful in fixing a challenging issue with our interior stairway. We had reached out to multiple contractors who couldn't figure out what the problem was, so we really appreciated his willingness to explore the problem and resolve it. Throughout the process, he was courteous and communicative, and he quoted us a very fair price for 1.5 days of labor. We had a very positive experience working with Lee!

My wife and I are moving out of our rental house shortly, and into a home we bought. Our dog had done some damage to two door-frames, and we did some damage to a laundry closet doorknob...

I hired Craftsman Direct to replace my siding and they did a beautiful job.
The masonite siding was rotted and they replace it with James Hardy cement board. Gave me a 25 year warranty on the job too. It was done in one day and they cleaned up so well, honestly I can't even tell they were there...Highly recommend them.   - Matthew Welch

This is the second time I've used Craftsman Direct for handyman work. I had my deck sanded and stained, exterior power washed, and front porch cement re-painted (plus huge crack removed). After working with these guys a second time, I can confidently say they do not cut corners...
